About Hall Mountain Fire
Hall Mountain Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1978 by community members who recognized and embraced the need for dedicated emergency services in the remote northern areas of Boundary County, Idaho.
We now have three fire stations, state-of-the-art apparatus, and dozens of volunteer firefighters, EMTs and EMRs, auxiliary, and board members who donate their time and money to serve you.
This community is not only committed to each other but also to supporting the Fire Department, enabling us to proudly boast that we are a community-funded organization. In return, areas of the Hall Mountain Service area are sometimes an hour or more from the hospital or law enforcement, and the people of Hall Mountain can rely on the training and equipment that our volunteer firefighters are provided through those funds.
